  1. Q: I want to return my purchase! What do I do?

    A:If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase from MilitaryGR.com, you can return your item(s) for a refund, less shipping and handling, within 30 days of purchase. (Returns must be unworn and in the state you received them.
    1. Go to the website and click on My Account in the upper right hand corner.
    2. Log in to your account using your email address and password.
    3. Click on the order number of the merchandise you wish to return.
    4. Check the box to the left of the item(s) you wish to return and click on the Return Checked Item box.
    5. Confirm that your refund will go back to your original form of payment.
    6. Choose to have the label displayed for immediate printing, emailed if you are unable to print immediately, or mailed to you via USPS mail. Then click 'Return Item(s)' at the bottom of the page.
    7. The next page will feature a picture of the item and a barcode.
    8. If you do not have the original packaging, please return by placing a copy of the return confirmation with merchandise inside of a plastic bag and place inside the package.
    9. On this page is where you can view for immediate printing. To display your label, click the orange link in the middle of the page that says "Click here to view your return label."
    10. Now just print it and tape it to your shipping box with clear packing tape.
    If you would rather receive your label via email, simply let us know by email or phone. We will gladly send it to you right away. If for any reason you are unable to print out a label, we would be happy to have the label mailed out to you. Instead of choosing the option to print in the above return process, select the option to have a label mailed to you. If you select the USPS 'snail mail' option, please allow 7-10 business days for the label to arrive.


    Be sure to cover any old labels with the new one, or just peel them off. A black marker can also be used to cover any existing bar codes.

    You may drop off your return at any U.S. Post Office location
    It may take 7-10 business days for your return to reach the Rush Industries Fulfillment Center. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

  2. Q: I would like to return a gift that was sent to me. How do I do that?

    A:MilitaryGR.com is very sorry that your gift did not work for you. Please call the MilitaryGR Customer Loyalty Team at 1-888-249-0364 for assistance returning the item. We are available Monday – Friday 9am – 5Pm eastern Standard Time. They will need some information in order to locate the account that the gift was purchased on. You will have to provide their phone number, first and last name, “ship to” zip code or email address. In lieu of that information, you can give them the order number that is located on the lower left hand corner of the label on your package.

    Any gift item being returned may be exchanged for another item or a refund to the original purchaser's account. You cannot obtain a store credit for a returned gift item. Please call the MilitaryGR Customer Loyalty Team at 1-888-249-0364 for assistance.

  3. Q: How long does it take for me to get a refund?

    A:It may take 7-10 business days for your return to reach the MilitaryGR Fulfillment Centers. Once it is received and inspected (usually within 72 hours of receipt) your refund will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 2 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

  4. Q: I am returning an item purchased with a Gift Certificate or Gift Card, how does that work?

    A:Orders with Gift Certificates/Gift Cards as payment will be refunded back to a Gift Certificate for your convenience. New Gift Certificate codes will be emailed to your email address on file.

  5. Q: How do I know my ring size?

    A:If you are unsure of your ring size, you can measure your ring size. Please use our easy to read size chart. You may also have your finger sized by a jeweler. Please keep in mind that manufacturers use different lasts to construct their rings, and sizing may vary accordingly.

  7. Q: Do you do back orders?

    A:No. We do not do back orders. If an item is out of stock, the MilitaryGR Customer Loyalty Team will notify you as soon as possible and ask if you would like a replacement item. Out of stock orders will be cancelled unless a replacement item is requested.

  8. Q: Do you have a catalog?

    A:Yes! Call or e-mail us for your copy but keep in mind that our catalog does not have all of our products listed. In addition, we have a 'virtual' catalog. In order to ensure that our customers have access to the most current styles, prices, sizes, and overall selection, we recommend checking out our website, which is updated daily.   10. Q: How can I write a review on a product?

    A:You can write a product review with just 5 easy steps:
    a. On any product page, scroll down and on the left-hand part of the screen, underneath the ‘Customer Feedback section’, you will see a button titled ‘Write a review of this product’.
    b. Once you click on that button you will see an image of the product, a text box, a rating section, and three sections on how the product fits. Please fill in as much information as you’d like. You can also insert your name, where you live, your email address and other brands that you recommend.
    c. Then, click on the orange ‘Submit your Review’ button.
    d. Once you’ve submitted your review, it may take up to 48 hours for it to appear on the site.

  13. Q: My email address has changed. How do I update this information to my current account?

    A:You are welcome to update your e-mail address by logging in to your account online. The best way to do this is to take the following steps:
    a. Visit the website and click on "My Account" in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
    b. Log in to your account by typing your previous e-mail address and password.
    c. Once logged in, click on "Edit Profile" towards the right-hand side of the page.
    d. Type your new e-mail address on lines 3 and 4.
    e. Verify your "Current password" at the bottom.
    f. Click "Update Now."
    g. Your e-mail will be updated.

  14. Q: Do you accept orders through VOIP?

  15. Q: How do I care for XYZ fabric?

    A:Acrylic knit: Most acrylic knit hats can be machine-washed. Read the label, and check for the proper drying option. Some knits retain their shapes best if reshaped and dried flat.
    Cotton: Our Cotton-Twill hats hold up best when hand-washed. The dryer is not recommended, however, reshape and air dry instead.
    Polyester: Our Polyester hats hold us best when hand-washed. Do not use a dryer, reshape and air dry for best results.

  16. Q: Do you accept international credit cards?

    A:Currently, MilitaryGR.com can accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover, whether issued in the U.S. or internationally. Please note that the credit card must be issued through and contain a logo from either Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover. On the checkout page, there will be a billing and shipping section. Please do the following:
    For the billing information
    a. Enter your street address on Address Line 1.
    b. Enter your City, County or Province, and Postal Code on Address Line 2.
    c. Enter your Country for the city.
    d. Enter AA for the state.
    e. Enter 11111 for the zip code.

  17. Q: Do you charge sales tax on any item?

    A:MilitaryGR is required by law to collect sales tax on orders shipped to New York. If you are shipping to New York, the appropriate charges will be added to your merchandise total and displayed on your final order confirmation.

    A:Yes! And please note: If you choose to pay by debit card, the amount of the transaction will be put on "hold", meaning it will not be available to you once you place your order.   22. Q: How do I use store credit?

    A:The easiest way for you to use store credit is applying it in your shopping cart. To do this, start by being logged in to your MilitaryGR.com account. Once logged in go to your shopping cart. You will find a button underneath the grand total. The current amount of store credit you have available will appear to the left of the button. The button will say "Apply Store Credit". After clicking on this button, your grand total will be updated. At this point you can proceed to checkout.
    Please know that if you do not have store credit available for use, this button will not appear in your shopping cart.

  23. Q: I lost my store credit code, how do I get it?

    A:You can find your store credit code in the email you were sent when your return was received and you were given store credit. If you lost this email or cannot find this email, you may obtain your code by calling the MilitaryGR. Customer Loyalty Team at 1-888-249-0364, who will be more than happy to email you another copy as we're unable to provide the code by phone.
